Solutions

End-to-end development capability across Chile’s most strategic digital infrastructure corridors — from site selection to commissioned facility.

/01

Site Selection & Permitting

DCI identifies and secures strategic sites with the right combination of grid access, fiber connectivity, water availability, and seismic stability. We navigate Chile’s full regulatory process — including grid connection, environmental, and municipal permitting — reducing permitting risk and timeline uncertainty for every project.

REGULATORY UPDATE

La Pólvora Submits Consulta de Pertinencia to Chile's SEA

DCI Partners has formally submitted a Consulta de Pertinencia to Chile's Servicio de Evaluación Ambiental (SEA) for Data Center La Pólvora — the first regulatory checkpoint in the project's environmental review pathway. The submission marks a key step toward full permitting for the Valparaíso Region facility, which will serve growing AI and cloud computing demand across Latin America.

REGIONAL MARKET

Valparaíso: Chile's Gateway to Global Connectivity

Valparaíso is emerging as a strategic hub for data center development, anchored by its direct access to international subsea fiber infrastructure. Google's Curie cable system already terminates in Valparaíso, and the Humboldt cable — expected to connect into Santo Domingo, Chile by 2027 — will further strengthen the region's position as Latin America's primary gateway to global digital networks.

Development Update

DCI Partners Announces Data Center San Felipe — 80 MW Development Outside Santiago

DCI Partners announces Data Center San Felipe — an 80 MW IT capacity development in the Aconcagua Valley, located directly on the trunk fiber corridor connecting Chile to Argentina and the Atlantic markets. Positioned outside the Santiago Metropolitan Region, the site offers true infrastructure independence for disaster recovery deployments, with no competition from other data center operators and full runway to scale to capacity.
